Cancellation Policy

  • Please note: We cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
  • All orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same evening. Therefore, we will not be able to cancel any order after 6 PM as our support closes at 5 PM.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM can be canceled up to 6 PM the following day. Simply email us at support@goovely.com to request a cancellation.

Refund Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Let us know, and we will provide a return address along with an option for replacement or refund.

  • Return Shipping Fees: We will cover return shipping costs only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Size Issues: Please double-check the size chart, as we cannot accept size-related returns or exchanges. If the size is incorrect:
    • Customers must ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
    • Goovely will not cover shipping expenses but can offer a discount on a replacement.

Return Policy

We allow returns of products in their original packaging. Please retain the original shipping package (boxes and materials) after purchase in case you need to use our trial policy.

  • You can request a return (or exchange) by contacting customer support at support@goovely.com.
  • You are eligible for a return (or exchange) within 30 days if the product is defective or damaged. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Provide Proof: You must submit photographic evidence showing the products are in new condition and properly packed in their original packaging.
  2. Return Labels: Return labels, including a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will be sent to your email.
  3. Processing Time: Within 30 days of initiating the return, our support team will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in its original packaging and in a similar new condition. Alternatively, a replacement product of equal value will be sent if requested.

Important Notes

  1. Before returning, all products must be disassembled to fit back into their original packaging. Customers are fully responsible for assembling and disassembling the product.
  2. Refunds will be processed 2–3 days after we receive the product. The refunded amount may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
  3. Restocking Fees: A reasonable restocking fee (up to 30%) may apply to any product that does not meet the above requirements.
  4. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
